Regents Remote Services (“we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws.

Regents Remote Services, is a company incorporated under Mexican law, with registered office located at 1980 Post Oak Blvd Suite Ste 100, Houston, TX 77056, EE. UU, and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations, and the Privacy Notice Guidelines, makes this Privacy Notice available to its Users. The guidelines and conditions set forth herein apply to the Personal Data of all our Users that are collected and processed on behalf of the Company.

2. What data we collect and why

You may be asked to provide your Personal Data at any time when dealing with the Company. The User is not obliged to provide the Personal Data requested by the Company; however, if you choose not to do so, in many cases the Company will not be able to provide the service or respond to any inquiries you may have.

The Company hereby informs you that the purposes for which your Personal Data are collected and processed are the following:

  • Browsing and analytics data (pages visited, device, approximate location) — only with your consent, through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. Purpose: We collect and evaluate statistical and analytical information that allows us to understand how users interact with our platform, identify areas for improvement, implement technical updates, and ensure the security and reliability of the services offered. In order to offer you a more efficient service tailored to your needs, we employ tools that allow us to optimize the functionality of the website, remember your preferences, and adjust the content or functionalities according to your particular interests.
  • Advertising data — only with your consent, through Google Ads and Meta Pixel. Purpose: measure ad campaigns and show relevant ads.
  • Data you provide directly (e.g. contact forms): name, email and message. Purpose: respond to your enquiry. We use the information you provide to address your questions, comments, or requests in a timely manner, as well as to provide you with the products, services, or specific solutions you may have required.
  • To send you updates, newsletters, or marketing communications (if you authorize it). Should you have granted your express consent, we may send you information regarding news, promotions, advertising campaigns, electronic newsletters, and other materials related to our products or services, always respecting your right to revoke such consent at any time.
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. We process your Personal Data in strict adherence to the applicable legal, tax, administrative, and regulatory provisions in order to ensure transparency, the protection of your rights, and compliance with current regulations.

In addition to the foregoing, we may process Personal Data for the following secondary purposes (not necessary to provide the service):

Sending promotions, advertising, and satisfaction surveys through various means.

If you do not wish your Personal Data to be used for these secondary purposes, you must send a notification within no more than twenty (20) business days to the following email address: contact@regentsrs.com, specifying which secondary purposes you object to. The refusal to use your Personal Data for such secondary purposes shall not be a reason for us to deny you the services you request or contract with the Company.

3. Transfer of personal data

Your Personal Data will be handled by Company staff acting as data processor, in order to provide services to its Users.

We inform you that the Company, as the party responsible for your Personal Data, reserves the right to share your information with controlling companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates, without the need for your consent, since such transfer shall be carried out in accordance with Article 37 of the LFPDPPP.

4. Legal basis

Analytics and advertising cookies are used only on the basis of your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time via the “Cookie settings” button available on every page. Data from contact forms is processed to take steps at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Recipients and international transfers

With your consent, data is shared with Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc. and Microsoft Corporation, which may process it in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Your cookie consent choice is stored for 180 days. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the policies of each provider. Contact enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them.

7. Security and protection of personal data

To prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Data and in order to ensure that the information is used for the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice, we have established internal procedures to safeguard your Personal Data under strict administrative, technical, and physical security measures, which have been implemented to protect them against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use or disclosure, thereby allowing us to process them properly. Only authorized personnel may participate in the processing of your Personal Data, and such personnel are prohibited from granting access to unauthorized persons or using your Personal Data for purposes other than those established in this Privacy Notice.

8. Your rights

Our Users are entitled to: Know what Personal Data we collect, how we use it, and the conditions of such use (Access); Request the correction of their personal information in case it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); Request that we delete their Personal Data from our records or databases if they consider that it is not being used properly (Cancellation); Object to the use of their Personal Data for specific purposes (Opposition). These rights are collectively known as ARCO rights.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to contact@regentsrs.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Spain, the AEPD — www.aepd.es).

The procedure and requirements your request must contain, pursuant to the Law and its Regulations, are as follows:

Full name and address (if the address is not included, the request will be deemed not received). Documentation proving your identity (copy of a valid official ID). A clear and precise description of the Personal Data to which you seek access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition. Description of other elements that facilitate the location of your Personal Data. The documents must be scanned and attached to the email in order to verify their authenticity.

9. Revocation of consent for the use of your personal data

Our Users may revoke the consent they may have granted to the Company for the processing of their Personal Data. However, please note that in some cases we may not be able to honor your request or immediately cease processing, as it is possible that due to a legal obligation we are required to continue processing your Personal Data. Likewise, Users should consider that for certain purposes, revoking consent may mean that we will no longer be able to provide the service you requested, or that your relationship with us will be terminated. 10. Do Not Sell/Share (US visitors) and Global Privacy Control

We do not load any advertising or analytics technology unless you explicitly accept it, so no personal information is “sold” or “shared” (as defined by the CCPA/CPRA) without your affirmative consent. Opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control are honoured by our consent-first default.

11. Use of tracking technologies on our website

Subject to your explicit consent, the Company uses tracking and playback systems through cookies (“Cookies”) and web beacons (“Web Beacons”). We do not deploy any non-essential tracking technologies unless you actively opt-in through our cookie consent banner.
